How we build AI

The approach behind Lisa, our villa concierge, and the systems we build for clients.

• Full context, not scripts

  Our agents see what a person in the role would see, such as the conversation, the booking, open requests and the business’s own knowledge. They decide what to do and act through defined tools, instead of following fixed if-then rules.

• Facts checked in code

  Where a mistake would matter, such as dates, prices, flight times or capacity, code checks the AI’s answer before anything is confirmed.
