Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and which websites refer visitors. It works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Kove Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal data described here. Our registered details are on the company page.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This data may be processed outside Thailand and the EU. Cloudflare describes this in its privacy policy.

Campaign references

If you arrive through one of our ads, the campaign name from the link is kept in your browser’s session storage and added to the subject line of an email you choose to send us, for example “(ref: google/hotels-and-villas)”. It is not stored in a cookie or sent anywhere else, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out the project. We keep this correspondence as long as that purpose and accounting or legal record-keeping require. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

Your rights

Under the PDPA and the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you have given. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC); in the EU, the authority in your country.
