Kove Technology is a software company registered in Thailand that builds LINE chatbots, translation tools, admin assistants and websites for small businesses.
What we do
We build chatbots and messaging automation, translation tools, admin assistants and websites. Some of this we run as our own products, such as LINE AutoTranslate. The rest we build for clients in Thailand and abroad.
Our head office is in Maenam on Koh Samui. The team works in English, German, Thai and Spanish, so clients in Thailand, Europe, the US and Latin America can work with us in a language they are comfortable with.
How we work with clients
- Scoping. You describe the task by email. We ask questions until we both know what the software has to do, and agree it in writing before we start.
- Build. We build the software and show you working versions as it takes shape.
- Handover. The software goes live with plain instructions for your team.
- Support. We keep it running, fix problems and adjust it as your needs change.
